1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the okbeat Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. 4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration

To access the full features of the okbeat Platform, you must register a personal Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. okbeat reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on the okbeat Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is a breach of these Terms. okbeat reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, and forfeit any balances held in such accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify okbeat immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. okbeat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

okbeat may require you to provide identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account restriction or suspension. Verification documents are processed in accordance with the okbeat Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your okbeat Account may be made using the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20, subject to availability. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. okbeat does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, compliance with these Terms, and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200 for standard methods. okbeat processes standard GCash and Maya withdrawals within 1–2 hours during normal operating hours. 5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by okbeat are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in each promotion. Unless the promotion specifies otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at a minimum of 30 times before withdrawal. Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion; failure to meet requirements within the allotted time will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

okbeat reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bets to guarantee a risk-free profit from a bonus, and exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus terms. A determination of bonus abuse is made at okbeat's sole discretion.

6.3 Promotional Changes

okbeat reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash (except as provided in the applicable promotion terms), and are offered subject to availability.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the okbeat Platform are subject to the game rules and betting limits applicable to each specific game or market. okbeat reserves the right to:

• Refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion;
• Void bets placed after an event has commenced where the system has accepted the bet due to a technical error;
• Void bets where there has been a clear pricing error, software fault, or other technical malfunction;
• Settle bets in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body; and
• Re-settle bets where an initial settlement was made in error.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of okbeat's trading and operations team is final and binding, subject to the escalation process described in these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbeat Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all wagers, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, robots, bots, scrapers, or any other artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Match-fixing, result manipulation, or any form of sporting fraud;
• Accessing the Platform for the purpose of money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any Platform software; and
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening Platform staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the okbeat Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game software, text, graphics, interfaces, audio, and visual elements — is the proprietary property of okbeat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of okbeat.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbeat's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. okbeat shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature;
• Loss or corruption of data;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond okbeat's reasonable control; or
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits okbeat's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

okbeat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with or without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• okbeat has reason to believe that your Account is being used for prohibited purposes;
• You are identified as a minor (under 21 years of age);
• okbeat receives a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or fund seizure; or
• okbeat determines at its sole discretion that continued operation of your Account poses an unacceptable risk to the Platform or other players.

Upon account closure for cause, any balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonuses and voided wagers will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC or AML review. You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting okbeat support through the live chat channel in your Account dashboard.

12. Responsible Gaming
